My Story
Anthony Faulise
I’ve always been a builder.
When I was 11, someone handed me a Radio Shack kit with a bag of transistors. That sparked a lifelong obsession with designing, building, fixing, and experimenting. By 7th grade, I’d built one of the earliest home computers from parts – years before the Apple II. No keyboard, no screen, no software. You had to do everything yourself. That shaped my approach: figure it out, keep going, and learn by doing. Throughout my life, this attitude has supported me building businesses, products, and teams.
I’ve also stood on stage with Luciano Pavarotti as a boy soprano, failed miserably in college courses before re-taking and earning an A+, and moved to Tokyo to sell tech in a language I didn’t speak. Each experience taught me humility, resilience, and how to adapt under pressure. These were gifts: I no longer fear failure. I see it as feedback, as data, as part of the growth process.
Later, I raised $1M for a dot com startup, lived through its rise and fall, and learned the weight of investor trust. Those lessons shaped my bias toward discipline and accountability in every project I take on.

At heart, I am someone who builds and fixes. Whether it’s a SaaS service, a business process that doesn’t quite work, or a revenue model, I thrive on taking something messy or complex and making it function beautifully. I combine optimism with discipline: I don’t just build because it’s fun, I’ll ensure first that it’s worth building.

- Before a decision is made, there needs to be open, vigorous debate; stakeholders need to be heard. Once the decision has been made, there needs to be absolute unity, accountability, and focus on the team’s success.
Clients want to work with me because I bring the perspective of someone who has been an engineer, a GM, a salesperson, and a founder; and I’ve grown from each. I don’t shy away from risk, but I never take trust lightly.
